Biography

Milko is the Managing Director of Africa Merchant Capital Advisory and Infrastructure where he leads the advisory teams in London and Cape Town. Prior to joining the AMC Group, he was Fund Manager and Head of Structuring for a pan Africa multi strategy US$ 3 billion private equity fund where he oversaw transactions across infrastructure, hospitality, mining, telecoms, agriculture and healthcare sectors. Prior to emigrating to the UK he enjoyed a successful career in South Africa as a senior banker and private equity fund manager. When Milko is not traversing the beautiful African continent advising on transactions and projects, you can find him spending time with his family in Hampshire.
