“Mark qualified as an English solicitor in 2007 and an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2009 and has previously worked in the corporate and banking groups for top tier Jersey law firms, Carey Olsen and Bedell Cristin.

Mark has over 15 years experience of Jersey company law, security law and regulatory matters and has acted for leading UK law firms and financial institutions. He has a broad range of expertise with Jersey structures including companies, trusts, limited partnerships, funds and debt listings on The International Stock Exchange”
