Biography

Margreet Muizelbelt is a Finance specialist with a 20+ year experience in structuring financial products within the corporate markets. In 2021 she joined a new innovative proposition within Rabobank called Acorn that stimulates smallholder farmers to transition to agroforestry whilst providing them access to the voluntary carbon market. Within this role she mediates between local implementing partners and potential financiers to bridge the pre-finance gap and provide access to finance for smallholder farmers. In this role she is able to combine her personal interests in sustainability and passion for nature with her professional skills.
