Biography

Mahin Dissanayake is a Director in the EMEA Financial Institutions group based in London. Here, he is responsible for banks in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. Mahin was previously seconded to Fitch Dubai from 2009 to 2012 as country director for banks in the UAE, Oman and Qatar.

Prior to joining Fitch in 2006, Mahin worked for Mizuho Corporate Bank, London, as an associate director in the International Finance (debt) group. His coverage included both banks and corporates in the CEEMEA region. Before working with Mizuho, Mahin was employed as an analyst at F&C Asset Management.

Mahin holds a BSc in Financial Economics from the University of London and a Master of Business Administration from Henley Business School, UK.
