Biography

Kioi is the Co-Managing Director for IHS Kenya responsible for Credit and Portfolio Management. He comes with over 28 years’ experience in Construction, Engineering, Development Management and Real Estate Investment. Over the years he has gained experience in the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa across different asset classes working for sovereign backed asset owners and blue chip Development and Construction companies. He holds an MBA from Bradford School of Management in the UK, an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University in the UK and a Diploma in Building Engineering from the Kenya Polytechnic. He is affiliated to the Institution of Engineers of Kenya, the Institution of Civil Engineers in the UK, The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the UK and The Urban Land Institute in the US.
