Biography
Kadidiatou FADIKA-COULIBALY accumulates over 20 years of varied experience in corporate finance and investsment advisory acquired during various M&A, equity, and bond transactions.
She began her career at SGI Hudson & Cie as a financial analyst in 1998 and left the company in 2000 to obtain an MBA from Howard University (USA).
Kadi joins the prestigious RBC Royal Bank of Canada (Montreal) where, from 2004 to 2008, she held several positions in the areas of investment advisory, management and compliance, specifically, the positions of account manager, deputy branch director and compliance officer.
In June 2008, she returned to Hudson as Partner, holding the position of capital markets Head in charge of analysis and research development, capital market activities, sales and investment advisory to Instititionnal and high net worth.
On January 2nd, 2012, Kadi became Managing Partner in charge of the company’s activities development as well as strategy definition and execution.
She relaunched the Investment Banking activities which were at the base of the creation of Hudson and now represent 30% of revenues. Since May 2014, Kadi is a member of Hudson’s board, she is currently the Vice-President WAEMU brokers’ professional association (APSGI).
She is a member of the board of the leading ivorian soccer club ASEC MIMOSAS.
Kadi is also a founding member and current Vice-President of INITIATIVES CÔTE D’IVOIRE a think tank created to explore and share findings on economic and social issues impacting Cote d’Ivoire.
