Biography

Julien Fouilliart is a business development professional with 15 years of experience in international, multicultural and cross-sector environments. He is currently Leading Bureau Veritas development strategy in Africa in Building and Infrastructures market. Based in Kenya since 2019, Julien has been on the forefront of business development efforts for in Africa, contributing to the emergence of large and iconic infrastructures projects in the region. Prior to that, Julien worked in France, China, Spain, Belgium and the United Kingdom, collaborating with global companies and public institutions to generate new business opportunities in the aerospace, IT, rail and transport infrastructure sectors. Always eager to stay abreast with the bid & capture best practices, he is certified in PMP, APMP and Shipley methodologies.
