Joseph advises clients on a wide range of corporate/commercial matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions, internal reorganizations, share and asset sales, joint venture arrangements, capital markets and due diligence assignments.

He advises local and international equity investors, local and international listed companies, insurance companies, telecommunication companies, energy companies and private equity funds.

Joseph has over 10 years experience in advising clients on Corporate & Commercial transactions and has been the lead adviser to some of Kenya’s largest M&A transactions.
