Biography

Jonty is focused is on creating market incentives for sustainable and climate-resilient development through both innovative and sustainable financing instruments and impact-first business and project development. Jonty has worked across a wide variety of sectors and impact areas including agriculture, natural resource management, financial services, biodiversity conservation, forestry and renewable energy amongst others.

He is passionate about sustainable development and solving complex multi-scale environmental and socio-economic challenges across Africa. Jonty holds an MSc from Oxford University and Rhodes University respectively.
