Biography

John Block is the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer for Kado Partners, a real estate development firm with operations in Cameroon. Kado Partners primarily invests in residential developments with a focus on midrise multifamily, furnished apartments, and for sale single-family homes.

Prior to Kado Partners, John Block worked at several institutional real estate private equity companies, including Bristol Group and Black Creek Group, where he was responsible for the acquisitions and management of various real estate assets. Over his career, John has participated in the acquisitions and financing of real estate assets totaling over $4 billion.

John Block is an advisor to Merbar Properties and Developments, a real estate development firm based in Accra, Ghana. Mr. Block received a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
