Biography

Frederick Holmes, Principal External Relations Officer, Global Directorate: Freddie currently manages a small team of External Relations Officers in the Government of Jersey’s Department of External Relations and has responsibility for coordinating and developing the Island’s commercial and political relationships in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to joining Government, Freddie spent 10 years in the Financial Services industry focussing on Wealth Management and Investments, this included three years with a major South African Bank.
