Biography

“Prior to becoming CEO of the Scottish Africa Business Association, Frazer had spent the majority of his career to date in Government Relations and as a Trade & Investment Advisor to Governments across the African continent. Frazer has worked closely with over 30 African governments, up to Head of State level, with an emphasis on encouraging trade, investment and knowledge sharing between the UK and those countries, across sectors. Working closely with the FCO, Frazer also organised the visits of over 20 African governments to the UK and acted as the link between government and industry to encourage trade, investment and skills training.

In his role as CEO of SABA, Frazer has brought his extensive networks across government and industry in Africa to assist Scottish companies and education institutions to explore opportunities across the continent and execute deals. With a particular focus on financial services, energy, education, skills training, infrastructure, healthcare and agriculture SABA has hosted multiple African government and commercial delegations to Scotland and continues to advise at the highest levels.”
