Biography

Florence started her professional career as an opera singer before moving into vocal coaching followed by executive coaching, and then went onto set up and run her own consultancy helping companies to increase productivity of their existing teams through better systems, processes and communication. Her previous clients include Apple, The Prince’s Trust and HSBC. She is now Head of Platform and Operations at Launch Africa where her focus is on facilitating the team to invest, add value to founders and exit at scale in a Pan-African context.
