Erica Nell is the Head of Private Debt at Sanlam Investments in South Africa. She has been in the Private Debt industry for the last 11 years of her 22 year career in financial services. Her team manages R2.3bn in SME debt fund capabilities supporting more than 60 SMEs in various stages of growth.
Erica Nell believes it is up to us as individuals and institutions to support the growth of the real economy, eradication of historic inequalities and harm done to people and planet. By combining her passion for sustainable impact with her inherent compassion for all human beings and nature, she believes she can leave a legacy for her descendants to be proud of and to build upon.
