Enrique is a seasoned syndicator with a 13-year experience mobilizing private and public debt to IFC projects and clients in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Latin America. During the last 5 years, he has played an active role syndicating debt in Africa across sectors (Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Agribusiness, Services and FIs, including Fintech).
