Biography

Ed has originated and led high profile transactions across multiple different sectors and geographies in Africa and elsewhere. Ed has a total of fourteen years of experience in investment banking, of which the last seven years have been in Africa. Ed has completed twenty-five transactions in ten different African countries. He also has great expertise in capital markets development and has served on the practitioners’ board of NASDAQ Dubai, and has also advised the SEC in Nigeria on capital markets reform. Ed has previously worked at Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Renaissance Capital and has worked in jurisdictions including, London, Johannesburg, Lagos and Dubai.
