Biography

David Webb is a Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Emerging Markets Development Partners LLP, a global frontier and emerging markets private equity fund based in London. Prior to EMDP, David was an investment professional at Sub-Saharan Africa focused private equity and credit fund TLG Capital. David was a founder and principal of New York and Toronto based investment banking boutique TSU Capital, and worked in investment banking for financial institutions at Goldman Sachs in New York. He received an A.B. in Economics and Government with specialization in International Relations from Dartmouth College.
