“I am a partner and department head of the Corporate, Finance and Commercial Transactions Department in the law firm of Mulenga Mundashi Legal Practitioners, Lusaka, Zambia. Under this department. I head the following practice areas; Project Financing, ESG Financing, Banking and Finance, Corporate Advisory, Financial Regulations, Insurance, TMT, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Public Procurement, Capital Markets, Energy and Mining. I hold LLB and LLM Degrees and practicing as an advocate of the High Court, Supreme Court and Constitutional Court of Zambia. I am also a Member of the
Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.”
