Biography

Cathal Conaty is a founder of International Housing Solutions, and serves as Managing Director with responsibility for capital raising, investor relations and portfolio management. He is Chairman of the Investment Committee, and plays a key role in the development of new products, including most recently the design of energy-efficient housing programs for social housing in South Africa and affordable rental housing in Kenya. Prior to IHS he served in a variety of roles in the U.S. with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments and its predecessor company, the Boston Financial Group.
