Biography

Asuquo Nkposong has over 18 years of experience in the financial services sector across multiple markets in West, Francophone West, East and Southern Africa. His experience spans corporate and commercial banking and he has been involved in project finance, structured trade finance, derivative structuring and corporate syndication transactions such as the largest corporate syndication deal in the West African Monetary zone.

Prior to Standard Chartered Bank, Asuquo Nkposong has also been a management consultant. He has taken a personal interest in developing investors to prepare and position for pre-seed and seed investments. He graduated with a B.sc (Honors) Geography degree from the University of Ibadan and an MBA with specialization in advanced corporate finance from Imperial College Business School, London. He has a track record of successfully managing teams across different cultures and nationalities.
