Biography

Andrei is a Principal with the IFC Asset Management Company, working on the IFC Global Infrastructure Fund, a USD 1.2bn vehicle investing in infrastructure companies and projects across emerging markets. He is leasing the Fund’s business development and origination efforts for Sub Saharan Africa.

Before joining IFC, Andrei was a director with DP Holdings, focusing on investments in energy and infrastructure across Europe.

Andrei holds an EMBA from Harvard Business School and an MBA from HEC Paris.
