Biography

Mrs. Adejumoke Awolumate is a Senior Partner at PearlMutual Consulting Limited, she provides leadership for the team in deal origination and structuring, business incubation, and strategy development.

Mrs. Adejumoke Awolumate is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Stock Broker. She is an Authorized Dealing Clerk at the Nigerian Stock Exchange. She holds a Master’s Degree in Microbiology from the University of Ibadan (1995) and an Executive MBA from the Lagos Business School. She is an honors member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Society, the International Business Honor Society. She also holds Post Graduate Diplomas in Project Finance and International Entrepreneurship from the University of Middlesex and the Yale School of Management respectively.

Mrs.Adejumoke Awolumate has over 26yrs experience in the corporate finance and wealth management space She was the CEO of Meristem Wealth Management Ltd and led the team in Asset/ Portfolio Management, Operations and Client Relationship Management for more than four years. Before becoming the CEO, she executed many capital market transactions. She spent the last three years implementing a turnaround strategy for Integrate Dairies Limited(previously ailing business) as the Chief Operating Officer.
