Biography

Logan is a partner in our London office. He specialises in cross-border financings for developing markets, including Africa, the Middle East, Russia and the wider CIS. Logan’s practice covers a wide range of financing products, in particular, syndicated lending, trade finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, mezzanine finance and corporate restructurings. Logan has extensive experience of working in developing markets, and his clients include international and local banks and corporates, development finance institutions and export credit agencies, and credit funds.
