Biography

Christian is an Investment Director at AfricInvest, with a focus on the financial sector, innovation and startups. He structured numerous investments in banks, insurance companies and fintech, and serves at the board of several African financial institutions. Prior to joining AfricInvest in 2011, Christian gained 11 years of experience in senior positions with Veolia, Saint-Gobain and the African Development Bank, in Africa, Europe and Asia. Christian holds an engineering degree from Ecole Nationale des Mines de Paris and an MBA from INSEAD. He is an avid jazz fan and a freediver.
