“M’khuzo Mwachande is a Zambia-based investment banker focused on originating and structuring infrastructure and energy transactions across Sub-Saharan Africa. He combines execution discipline with sharp commercial instinct, having led several complex transactions — including Zambia’s first listed corporate bond restructuring and capital raises across solar, hydro, and transmission infrastructure.

M’khuzo works at the intersection of private capital and early-stage development, actively building a pipeline of energy deals exceeding $1 billion in value. His work bridges DFIs, institutional investors, and utilities — unlocking bankable opportunities in a region with pressing infrastructure needs.
