“Michael is an Investment Director at British International Investment (BII) with a personal focus on working with partners to increase lending into underserved markets through intermediated credit structures (private credit funds, guarantees and structured credit). Alongside this role, Michael is also Innovative Finance Lead for the Financial Services Group at BII – leading investment strategy and supporting execution for concessional capital deployment across investment instruments.

Michael serves as a sector expert on BII’s climate action and risk groups – providing firm-wide guidance on climate investment strategies, products and risk-frameworks. Prior to BII, Michael’s background is in transaction advisory and strategy consulting based in London with PA Consulting Group. Michael is a CFA Charterholder and holds a MPP in International Development from the United Nations University.”
