“Kwadwo Gyasi Ntrakwah is a highly accomplished legal practitioner, arbitrator, and corporate governance expert with nearly two decades of experience in legal advisory, arbitration, sustainable development and climate change. He is currently a Partner at Ntrakwah & Co., a leading law firm in Ghana.

Kwadwo is dual-qualified, having been called to the Bar of England and Wales and the Ghana Bar. He holds advanced academic and executive credentials, including a Certificate in Leading with Finance from Harvard Business School and executive education from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. His academic journey spans the University of Reading (LLB), University of Exeter (LLM), and the University of West of England (PGDL).

Throughout his career, Kwadwo has led complex mergers and acquisitions, structured high-impact joint ventures, and advised on climate finance and carbon market transactions, ESG compliance, and public-private partnerships across industries such as banking, oil & gas, telecoms, agribusiness, and real estate. He has represented clients at all levels of Ghana’s courts and in international arbitration proceedings.
Kwadwo is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), a Member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple (UK) and a lecturer in Company and Commercial Practice at the Ghana School of Law. He has contributed to major global legal and development publications. His thought leadership spans shareholder protection, public-private partnerships, investment laws, and sustainable development in Africa.

He is currently a member of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change’s (UNFCCC) Article 6.4 Appeal and Grievance roster of experts and a former director of Meritas Law Firms Worldwide.”
