Keegan is an Investment Manager in BII’s Financial Services Group. He leads the department’s work in platform creation and SME Finance. Keegan played a central role in the launch of the Growth Investment Partners (GIP) in Ghana – backed by a US$ 50m commitment from BII – and is leading the build out of a replica in Zambia. GIP is BII’s SME Finance platform: A first-of-its-kind institution, backed-and-built by BII to pioneer an innovative model for providing patient, flexible, local currency capital to SMEs in Africa.
