“Divine H. Nakanyange is currently the Head of the Investment Marketing and Facilitation Department at the Rwanda Development Board (RDB). She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 17 years of experience in Trade, Investment policy, promotion, and facilitation at National, Regional and Continental level.
Prior to joining RDB, she served at Rwanda’s Ministry of Trade and Industry (MINICOM) from June 2008 to September 2019, where she played a technical role in advancing Rwanda’s investment competitiveness and international economic partnerships.”
