“My role as Team Lead of Invest Salone involves supporting the team to connect investible, export- and growth-oriented firms; domestic, foreign, impact, diaspora, angel, etc investors; and policymakers to foster innovation and inclusive growth. Our team’s efforts center around cultivating strategic partnerships and facilitating processes to create an enabling environment that boosts Sierra Leonean women’s and men’s incomes and jobs.

I am also the Country Director of the International Growth Centre (IGC) Sierra Leone, where my team and I focus on fostering inclusive growth through evidence-based policy advice, engaging with policymakers, and supporting private sector development. Currently leading initiatives with a strong impact on Sierra Leone’s economic landscape, I leverage my competencies in African affairs and social entrepreneurship to drive meaningful change.”
