“Christopher is currently the Director for Airport Engineering & Maintenance at the Civil Aviation Authority of Botswana (CAAB), having joined the Authority in January 2023. He is a former Executive Director and CEO of the Botswana National Productivity Centre (BNPC). He had previously worked for over 25 years in the ICT industry, both in Botswana and abroad. He is highly experienced in corporate governance; strategic planning and execution; program and project management; business transformation, change and operations management.

An electrical engineering degree and Master of Business Administration holder, Christopher is a Certified Strategy Management Officer (Germany); an Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme (OAMLP) graduate (UK) and a KPI Practitioner and Professional (The KPI Institute).

Christopher has been involved in several multinational programmes and projects. He served in the management committees of the multibillion-dollar international telecommunication fibre cable consortia; the East African Submarine System (EASSy) and the West African Cable System (WACS). His board experience includes both local and international companies.
