“Christian Amouo is Investment Director Africa at Ring Capital, a Leading Impact Investment VC Firm based in Paris.
He co-founded and sits on the Investment Committee of Sabou Capital, leading investments in fast-growing SMEs across sub-Saharan Africa with a focus on underserved markets and sustainable economic development. With extensive experience in strategic investments, Christian has deep expertise in SME financing, investment management, and financial risk analysis. Before Sabou Capital, he was Value Creation Coordinator at Entrepreneurial Solutions Partners (ESP), in support of the Mastercard Foundation Africa Growth Fund. He was also Investment Manager at Investisseurs et Partenaires (I&P), managing SME investments in West Africa, and Managing Partner at Mougano Investment, with a focus on early-stage investments.
Christian holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, where he further focused on global finance and entrepreneurship. He is motivated by a desire to bridge capital gaps and allow SMEs to lead inclusive economic growth on the continent.”
