Before establishing Sygen, Charles served as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Coronation Capital, where he oversaw portfolio transformations, spearheaded successful fundraising, and drove post-acquisition value creation initiatives. During his tenure as Director of Retail Business at Etisalat Nigeria, he delivered significant revenue growth, expanded the customer base, and enhanced the company’s retail presence nationwide.

His multinational career also includes pivotal leadership roles at Diageo Plc and Ford Motor Company, where he led major strategic and business transformation initiatives that resulted in operational efficiencies, market growth, and enhanced competitiveness.
