Based in Gide’s London office, Jérémie is a dual qualified lawyer as Avocat à la Cour in France and Solicitor in England and Wales.

He advises international financial institutions, investment funds and corporations in connection with a wide range of domestic and international financing and/or structured finance transactions, especially in Africa.

Jérémie regularly acts for clients in financing and securitisation transactions in North Africa (Morocco, Tunisia) and West Africa (Ivory Coast, Sénégal, Mali, Chad, Benin, Togo and Burkina Faso).
