Jote is the Co-founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Equinox Group Holdings Inc. For over a decade, he has championed companies aiming to expand into Africa. This journey began at TMF Group, where he served as the Manager for Africa for five years, starting as the group’s first employee in Africa and expanding the group into Ghana, South Africa, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya and Tanzania.
