Biography

Robert Haynie has over 20 years of experience in economic growth and enterprise development focused mainly in low and middle income countries. He is currently supporting FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, in leading the Ventures Program Ecosystem Building efforts. As the former CEO of SPRING Accelerator, plus several years as a U.S. government diplomat and development expert, Robert Haynie has expertise structuring and managing blended finance mechanisms that align development and commercial capital to achieve impact at scale.
