Biography

Mike Kushner is an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He is an offshore regulatory lawyer at Carey Olsen, in Jersey, and holds a BSc (decision science) (UNISA), LLB (UCT), and BPhil (cum laude) and MPhil (cum laude) (shipping, port and supply chain economics) (Stellenbosch University).
Mike Kushner advises on both contentious and non-contentious corporate issues and regulatory matters across a wide range of fields from financial regulation to international maritime conventions and treaties. Mike Kushner has a particular interest in supply chains, in the widest possible sense, and, in the financial services context, the outsourcing of regulated activities. Mike Kushner supports clients across diverse sectors, including financial services, gambling, energy, infrastructure, maritime, logistics and retail.
