Biography

Rafael Kapose has been a BCS Executive Director since June 2017. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from American University in Dubai , Master in International Business from the Hult International Business School. He began his professional career in 2011 in the STI Group, acting as Administrator for the Financial and International Business area and in charge of the Group’s Branch in Dubai. In August of 2015, he joined the BCS staff, acting as an Advisor to the Board of Directors until the appointment of Executive Director.
