Biography

Hayden is the Head of Business Development and Client Management at Prescient Fund Services South Africa. He is a Chartered Accountant (SA), having completed his training contract with KPMG. Hayden has worked at Deloitte in Dublin, Ireland, over the 2008/2009 financial crisis period, specialising in the audit of global investment funds and investment management companies. He returned to South Africa in 2010, where he worked at Maitland Fund Services. He joined Prescient at the start of 2014 where he was initially responsible for the alternative fund administration business, having set up the hedge fund administration offering and expanded the offering to include regulated hedge funds and in 2016 launched private equity administration. Hayden is also currently the chair of the Association for Savings and Investments South Africa (ASISA) Hedge Fund Standing Committee, appointed in 2019.
