Biography

Mouchili is an Operation Team Leader at the Islamic Development Bank (IDB). Mouchili leads the IDB’s group transport portfolio in the 7 countries covered by its Regional Office in Dakar, with a portfolio of $1.8 billion worth in transport projects. with is leadership and expertise, the group transport infrastructure projects in West Africa has grown significantly, to become an important line of business currently representing around 20% of total infrastructure financing. While working at the Bank, Mouchili has advised governments on transport infrastructure financing, most recently, the Blaise Diagne International Airport and the regional Express Train Dakar in Senegal, the President Modibo Keita International Airport Bamako, in Mali, Regional Road project in Guinea Conakry, Ouagadougou-Donsin International Airport, in Burkina Faso and the Expansion of the Abidjan International Airport-Freight Terminal. Mouchili is active in financial resource mobilization for the construction highways and toll roads projects. Before leading the Bank’s work in West Africa, Mouchili worked for the RSK Group, Capita Properties and Singleton Clamp and Partners Manchester, in UK as a Consultant. Mouchili holds a Master’s in Transportation Engineering and Planning from the University of Salford, UK and an MBA from the Nottingham University Business School, UK.
