Kofi Owusu-Bempah is the Managing Partner of Pan-African Soleil Holdings (PASH), an impact investor in the clean energy sector. Kofi focuses on structuring, transaction management and financing, and is also the PASH group general counsel. Prior to PASH, Kofi practised law as an international energy and infrastructure lawyer for over 10 years, focusing on renewable energy, project finance, energy and infrastructure related transactions, international banking transactions, corporate finance and M&A. He has advised Governments, public sector entities, sponsors and lenders in connection with major projects and corporate and finance transactions and has also advised clients in the oil and gas sector. Since 2009, Kofi has closed over 1 GW of renewable energy projects.
