Biography
Kazuhiro Numasawa is a Chief Investment Officer at the Agriculture Finance Department of the African Development Bank. Across more than 20 countries in Africa, he has identified and analyzed more than 40 investment projects over the past 10 years. He appraised almost USD 1 billion investments in Africa to scale up investments across sectors and currently focusing on agriculture and food industries. Before joining the AfDB, he worked for: World Bank in Washington, DC, USA, United Nations Development Program in India, and Accenture Co. Ltd. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a Master Degree in Development Economics and International Development from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, USA.
