Biography

Karim EL HNOT is the CEO of Sogécapital Gestion the asset management arm of Société Générale in Morocco

Karim has 20 years experience in the asset management industry in Morocco. He was successively equity analyst, fixed income fund manager, CIO and Deputy CEO in major asset management firms in Morocco before joining Sogécapital Gestion as CEO in 2015.

Karim was the leader of a team that won multiple fund awards including the Lipper Award for Best Group MENA – Bond category in 2019.
He holds a BBA from “ESG Maroc” and an MBA from “Texas Tech University”.
