Biography

Judy is currently an Investment Director – Financial Institutions at Norfund. She is charged with growing and managing Norfund’s debt and equity portfolio in Financial Institutions based in Sub Saharan Africa. Judy has extensive experience providing debt and equity to financial institutions in East and Southern Africa from her previous role of Regional Director for East- and Southern Africa in Oikocredit where she worked for 13 years. Before that she worked in Bank of America in the USA. She has an MBA from Loyola University in Baltimore.
