Hannah is an associate principal at South Suez Capital mainly focussing on primaries and secondary transactions (origination, execution, monitoring and exits). She has 9 years of professional experience and sits on the advisory boards of several African private equity funds. She is also a trustee of South Suez Charitable Trust. Prior to joining South Suez Capital, she was based in London with Credit Suisse where she worked for over two years as an analyst in the Equity Capital Markets team – responsible for the origination and execution across industrials, TMT, healthcare, real estate and financial institutions. She was later promoted to Associate in the mergers and acquisitions advisory team for healthcare, telecoms and media & technology. Previously, she was an equity capital markets analyst for Nomura / Lehman Brothers. She has a Master’s Degree in Management from HEC Paris Business School and a Master’s degree in business and international law from Paris I – La Sorbonne Law School. Ms. Subayi is fluent in French and English and proficient in Lingala, the language of her home country the Democratic Republic of Congo.
