Biography

Greg Perry joined IFPMA in February 2018 as Assistant Director General and has responsibility for the organization’s external outreach and stakeholder engagement in global health topics including innovation, access, Africa engagement and regulatory affairs .

Greg brought with him more than 20 years’ leadership and advocacy experience in the public healthcare arena.

Prior to joining IFPMA, Greg was Executive Director of the UN backed Medicines Patent Pool, from January 2013 to December 2017 during which time the organization signed agreements with nine patent holders for twelve HIV antiretrovirals, two hepatitis C direct-acting antivirals, two tuberculosis treatment and one HIV technology platform.
