Biography

Apogeu Siniquinha holds a Master’s degree in Agroeconomics with a focus on Agribusiness for Rural Development; In 2013, he completed the MBA (Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and Administration) program at Liverpool University-England, professionally qualified in Business and Investment.

Consultant with over 20 years of experience as a manager in Business Development and management,motivated to new strategic leadership positions as General Manager or national Project manager. He has excellent skills in business planning, communication and strategy design for better decision making and understanding in relation to investments in Mozambique and challenges of doing business.

For the past 8 years has worked as a Senior Agribusiness Advisor with a focus on supporting Small and Medium Enterprises in the development of business concepts, investment proposals for access to Equivalent Subsidies and the promotion of Public-Private Partnerships involving 4P Producers (IFAD-PROMER) SNV.

He stood out as an inclusive Senior Business Consultant in the Global EnDev RBF Program, (Germany,Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom and Switzerland, with additional co-financing from Ireland and the European Union), GIZ-SNV, Mozambique, where he acquired knowledge and experience suitable for the position that applies.

He was Senior Consultant for Inclusive Business, IBA Inclusive Business Accelerator (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands), SNV, Mozambique. He has a Business Instructor certificate awarded by an IFC member of the World Bank (in Mozambique) and a Project Management course by the IRR (RSA). Experience in control of External Audit Risks with a focus on reducing the qualifications of audit reports, design and supervision of accounting and budgeting systems.
