Biography

Tumelo Sean Sealetsa is the Founder and Group Executive Director of Boswa Energy Africa (Pty) Ltd. The company deals primarily in the supply and distribution of petroleum and oil refinery products, with the main offices operating from Gaborone, Botswana. Prior to this endeavor, the young Kanye native had spent a few years in South Africa where he honed his prowess as a businessman. After serving as a Director for GRD Fuels from 2014 to 2015, he moved on in the same capacity to Hertford Trading Enterprises: a group of companies that provides business solutions and products with specialization in a variety of industries such as petroleum retail, mining, energy, property development, hotels and resorts. Mr Sealetsa’s venture into the energy sector developed further from his interactions with larger players in the energy industry. From the model of that industry, he resolved to procure a significant stake in the Botswana energy sector as a means of empowering the indigenous people of this nation.

Besides his business prospects and fatherhood, Tumelo Sealetsa is also a speaker of note, donating his time to several lecture and motivation based platforms, book launches, business seminars and community amongst others. He cites his philosophies on life as being inspired by his long term, mentor and Founder of Mzesi Energy, Dr Alex Tsela. He has carried their influence into his business motives, which marry well with his vision of building and operating 54 filling stations in the SADC region by the year 2022.
