Biography

Segun Omoregie is a partner in the law firm of G. Elias. He leads the capital markets, private equity and M&A practice groups in the Firm. he has over 25 years experience in advising on novel and complex commercial deals involving local and international clients and actors in diverse sectors of the economy.

Segun Omoregie’s clients include MTn, Shell, UBA, BUA Group and AMCON.

Segun Omoregie is an alumni of the University College London and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
