Biography

Sean is a Director of Imara Capital Zimbabwe, the country’s longest established capital markets operation. Sean heads Imara’s corporate finance division which has been involved in most of the larger capital raisings, IPOs, privatisations and M&A transactions over the last 20 years. Established in 1954, Imara dominates the local stockbroking and asset management sectors, and provides collateral management facilities for local and international lenders.
